Today in class, Mr. Schick showed us a video called "Shift Happens." The video contains fun facts about our world. Our HW assignment is based of of this video.

As you watch the video, pick out three of the facts presented, and consider the following:

• What was your initial reaction to what you saw?
• How are these changes manifesting themselves in your personal life?
• How much of a role does technology play in your life?

1.) China will soon be the number one English speaking country in the world.

2.) One out of 8 couples last year, in the US met online.

3.) There are 31 billion searches on Google each month.

When I saw this video, I was a little surprised. I didn't know most of the information in the video. Some of the information was positive; and in my opinion, some was negative.

Some of the information was about technology- technology has taken over the world. I use technology EVERY SINGLE DAY. I use it in school, for communication, for entertainment. I-we, use technology all the time. It is a part of everyones daily lives.
